I ship my products using Canada Post. While I make every effort to ensure timely delivery, I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and factors beyond my control, such as weather conditions and postal service delays.

I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, I will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.
